Some Spanish simple future irregular verbs turn the "e" or "i" from the infinitive ending into a "d". Others just drop them. Unfortunately some irregular verbs are unpredictable and you must learn them by heart. Do not panic, they are relatively few. See also below some additional explanations, examples and a quiz..
